The Vonnahme family is excited to announce the transfer of ownership to Jeremiah Hall of 5H Auctions. Jeremiah & 5H Auctions are looking forward to building a relationship with the buyers and sellers with whom the Vonnahme Family has enjoyed working over the years at Gowrie Livestock. We invite you to meet and introduce yourself to Jeremiah at the Gowrie Sale Barn on Friday, April 4th. During this transition, the Vonnahme family looks forward to working alongside Jeremiah & Gowrie Livestock. Algona Livestock would like to assure all customers that the Algona Sale Barn will continue to be a drop-off point for sheep, goats, and hogs the day before a Gowrie Livestock Sale. We look forward to continuing this relationship with Jeremiah and Gowrie Livestock.
The Vonnahme Family would again like to extend our sincere, heartfelt thanks to every customer and employee with whom Dan loved working over the last 26 years he owned Gowrie Livestock. After losing Dan unexpectedly in August 2022, the journey hasn’t been the easiest, but being surrounded by good people in the livestock industry has undoubtedly eased the struggle.
We look forward to Jeremiah and 5H Auctions being an asset to the livestock community that Dan Vonnahme loved every day of his life.
